Season tickets can no longer be purchased in these sectors of the stadium. The 23-24 season ticket holders in these sectors will be able to access a dedicated renewal phase, before every one else, to choose a new seat from the best available. You will also be able to renew your season ticket during the renewal phase open to all season ticket holders.
WHEN DO MY SEASON PASS CREDITS ACCUMULATED DURING THE 23-24 SEASON EXPIRE?
The credits accumulated during the 23-24 season can be until 30 June 2024.
I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE MY SEAT WHEN RENEWING MY SEASON. WHEN CAN I DO THIS?
From this year, it will be possible to renew your season ticket for the same seat or choose a different one in the same dedicated renewals phase from 23 May to 10 June.
I AM A MEMBER OF A JUVENTUS OFFICIAL FAN CLUB (JOFC). HOW CAN I RENEW MY SEASON TICKET?
Members who have already renewed their membership in a JOFC for the 24-25 season can contact their Official Fan Club for all full details on renewing their season tickets.
LAST YEAR I BOUGHT A BASIC/FULL SEASON TICKET. CAN I CHANGE THE TYPE THIS YEAR?
Of course! During the renewal phase, every season ticket holder can choose their preferred type of season ticket, even if different from last year.
WHICH MATCHES ARE INCLUDED IN THE STAR SUBSCRIPTION?
The STAR season ticket includes 24 matches to be played at the Allianz Stadium in the 24-25 season:
- 19 in Serie A
- 1 in the Italian Cup (round of 16)
- 4 matches during the UEFA Champions League individual group stage according to the new format
DOES THE STAR SEASON TICKET ALLOW YOU TO CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR RESERVE AND TO ALSO PUT YOUR SEAT UP FOR SALE FOR OTHER COMPETITIONS?
Yes, by purchasing a STAR season ticket, you will be able to change the name or resell your season ticket for all 24 matches, even if some of these are from other competitions, such as the Italian Cup and the UEFA Champions League.
WHAT IS THE WELCOME PACK?
Each STAR season ticket holder will receive a free welcome pack. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an e-mail with full details on how to claim it.
WILL I HAVE THE RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL FOR THE ITALIAN CUP AND THE UEFA CHAMPIONS LEAGUE?
For matches in the round of 16 of the Italian Cup and for the 4 UEFA Champions League individual group stage matches, BASIC and FULL season ticket holders will have a right of first refusal solely for purchases of the games pack and not for individual matches.
For any subsequent matches (not included even in the STAR season ticket), ALL 24-25 season ticket holders will have the right to purchase a ticket for the individual match.
WILL I HAVE THE A RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL FOR A 25-26 SEASON TICKET?
To have a right of first refusal for a 25-26 season ticket, each 24-25 season ticket holder must have used their season ticket for at least 70% of the games included in the subscription, except for the UNDER 14 season ticket holders with 50%.
For the use of the 24-25 season ticket, the actual access of the holder and, in the event of a name change, of their reserves, will be counted in all matches included in the subscription.
In the event of matches put up for sale and the seat is purchased by third parties, the season ticket will be considered as used.

Juventus offers its fans with disabilities the possibility to subscribe to a season ticket until available seats are sold out in dedicated sectors - North Stand or South Stand - at a heavily discounted rate. By subscribing to the season ticket, you will have the opportunity to secure a seat at the Allianz Stadium for all home matches of the 24/25 Season. If you need assistance, a condition that must be stated in a certificate, a second free access for your companion will be reserved for you with the season ticket.

Juventus has established an online accreditation service that allows fans with disabilities to request free accreditation (subject to availability) for the desired match. Availability is subject to the principle "first come, first served", meaning that available seats will be allocated - from match to match - based on the chronological order in which requests are received.
